As an Email Campaign Manager, you?ll be working to develop, execute and report on marketing campaigns. We?re looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial leader who?s willing to roll up his/her sleeves and run the full cycle of email production from conceptual planning to design to HTML coding to execution. Our ideal candidate should be competitive, analytical and driven to get work done with an eye for what customers will love.
Plan, implement, and analyze cross-channel marketing campaigns focused on improving performance of our mass email promotions
Produce email campaign templates by required deadlines using HTML and CSS
Utilize tools to schedule one-off and lifecycle email campaigns
Develop, execute and report on campaign tests
Help execute our email strategy, focusing on lifecycle and promotional campaigns around activation, re-activation, engagement, and retention
Track and report email campaign metrics
Prepare Photoshop files as required, slicing/resizing images
Provide messaging and merchandising direction to copywriters and designers for email content
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Web Design and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; or equivalent experience
2+ years experience in front-end web development with strong knowledge of hand-coding HTML and CSS
Email marketing experience required; Ecommerce experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
Experience testing and troubleshooting in multiple browsers and email clients with a strong sense of web design and user experience fundamentals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills, and strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple complex projects with minimal oversight
Ability to meet tight deadlines with full accountability for projects
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where last minute changes are critical to the program?s success
Ability to work independently, think creatively, solve problems and take initiative
Experience in direct response marketing preferred
