Email Customer Consultant
We are seeking a creative and energetic Email Customer Consultant to assist with all aspects of Cafepress product customization. This position involves customer service related responsibilities through email correspondance. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented and computer savvy. Prior experience in the Hospitality industry is a plus. This is a full-time SEASONAL position located in Raleigh, North Carolina. Work hours for this position will require some flexibility due to dealing with an international marketplace. Weekend work will be required.
This person will:
Email with customers consulting with their product designs
Work in our system to help complete orders
Requirements
Proven knowledge and experience in Windows environment
Strong multitasking skills
Highly organized
Strong eye for detail
Highly flexible and adaptable to change, willing to roll-up sleeves and accomplish any task
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
Excellent writing and typing skills
Prior experience in the hospitality industry a plus
