The Email Channel develops relationships with publishers and helps them monetize their traffic by giving them access to Adknowledge advertisers through various ad creative options. We focus on permission based email publishers, search marketers, media buyers, and social marketers, as well as other traffic sources related to display pops, incentivized placements, reg path, and email arbitrage.
This team is responsible for creating new and maintaining existing relationships that drive Adknowledge revenue growth on a profitable basis
The Email Deliverability Specialist will be charged with managing deliverability, data operations, and client services for the Premium Data Solutions business. In addition; help in the development of advanced tactics compatible with the evolving climate of large-scale email marketing. The ideal candidate has a strong technical aptitude and is an expert at email deliverability techniques and best practices. Primary duties include:
Email Deliverability and ISP Relations: Execute a successful strategy for managing low volume, high eCPM promotion mail through ISP white listing and stable, consistent inbox delivery. Must understand how to build and maintain inbox delivery.
Data Management: Manage the incoming flow of new data from publishing partners and come up with an effective data segmentation strategy for the purposes of keeping clean data to improve sender reputation.
Client Services: Deliverability Specialist should be proficient with client management for the purposed of deliverability services management. This function should include proactive communication with data publishers through weekly update meetings, working through delivery issues as needed, and other client interactions.
Campaign Management: Execute a campaign distribution strategy to match top performing brand ads with publishers? data source attributes. Manage campaign selection and frequency to drive optimal performance results for each publisher.
Manage email content calendar, identify issues and work across teams and owners to ensure best in class email communication practices
Audit all lists for accuracy, identify duplicates and consolidate into one; create list organization using top level and sub groups. Make best practice recommendations.
Review past email campaigns and understand results and apply learning?s to future effort
Consult with stakeholders and assist with email creation, including template creation
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with at least the following qualifications:
Experience in a high volume, high CPM email environment.
Highly analytical. Has a history of basing all material decisions on proper data analysis.
3+ years in the online advertising industry.
3+ years in the Email sector of online advertising.
Previous experience in a results-oriented environment with a proven track record.
Entrepreneurial: Resourceful, figure-it-out-and-get-it-done mentality, and a track record of creating successful technology organizations and companies without the resources, brand and reputation of a large entity.

Passion for Technology: Getting hands-on with cutting-edge technologies and apply them to solve real-world problems must intrigue and excite the candidate. Should be experienced with multiple current email tools and systems, including but not limited to: suppression list management, whitelist development / management, and other email monitoring services such as MailMonitorApp, Whatcounts and others.
Proven: A positive track record with email deliverability as well as all email success measurements.
MEASUREMENTS OF SUCCESS
The Email Deliverability Specialist will be tasked with improving deliverability rates for publishers on our List Management and Premium List Management Platforms. To do so will require a strong understanding of Email Deliverability, Bounce Management, IP Management, and Reputation Management. A successful Email Deliverability Specialist will need to take an aggressive approach to managing delivery issues such as ISP filtering, blocking and blacklisting. He or she will have an unyielding work ethic and a natural ability to network; build relationships with ISPs and Anti-Spam providers.
Proactive Insight ? Proactively monitor client?s delivery rates and make clear concise recommendations to improve delivery as needed.
Communication ? Identify good delivery trends and exhibit the ability to make clear and concise recommendations to take advantage of such situations.
Issue Identification ? Identify negative trends that will impact deliverability and help position our publishers to avoid the issues.
