Email Marketing AnalystReply.com, the leading online marketplace for locally-targeted advertising, is searching for an Email Marketing Analyst for our San Ramon, CA office. The Email Marketing Analyst is responsible for email scheduling, analysis of email performance, and providing creative direction to our design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email scheduling: using Strongmail as the mailing platform, manage daily mailings and maximize revenue by optimizing the consumer contact strategy
- Email analysis and reporting: run daily and ad-hoc reports, conduct a/b tests, and make recommendations to increase efficiencies
- Email creative: oversee the development of content to support the customer contact strategy, and provide guidance to the graphic design team for creative development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of email marketing experience (or equivalent experience at an ad network), experience with Strongmail strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically about the data at hand, Microsoft Excel experience required
- An exceptional writing ability with close attention to detail
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and versatile environment, as we operate in multiple verticals and deploy emails from multiple domains
