We are seeking an outstanding candidate to join our Email Marketing team as an Email Marketing Coordinator. The right candidate is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This is an ideal position for an individual with 1-2 years email marketing experience who wants to start or further develop a career in the online retail business, while learning cutting-edge Internet marketing techniques. This is a position for a highly-organized and detail-oriented individual who has a thirst for learning and a passion for email marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in planning and execution of email marketing campaigns
Prepare email campaign kick-off documents. Manage documentation edits/changes through- out campaign cycle to ensure cross-departmental collaboration and alignment.
Route emails to cross-functional partners including merchandising, international, and trend to solicit feedback and incorporate necessary changes into the creative.
Assist in QA for all outbound email campaigns domestically and internationally
Manage email creative archive for all email campaigns.
Manage the creation and utilization of promotional codes for email channel
Manage daily email reports for team
Assist with other general marketing and communications tasks and special projects that may arise
REQUIREMENTS:
B.S./B.A degree
1-2 years of marketing experience in a B2C industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong work ethic
Proactive, highly organized, detail oriented and passionate about success
Self-motivated and willing to contribute to a strong team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective organizational and project management skills, including demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines consistently
Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
Ability to work effectively in a team and across departments
Strong PC skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
