Email Marketing/Customer Engagement Manager
At Bitcasa, the Email Marketing/Customer Engagement Manager will communicate with our users on a regular basis primarily via email marketing as well as other channels to help convert freemium users to our Pro or Infinite model.
Creating and running multiple email marketing campaigns
User touch point creation and analysis
Continual testing & optimization of messaging and design
In application copywriting for user onboarding and nurturing
Assist in creating company blog material
2+ years creating or managing email marketing campaigns
Demonstrated effective with the written word (provide samples ? blog, articles, etc.)
Experience w/ Marketo a must
Skills in Graphic Design
Google Analytics/Kissmetrics experience
Social Media Experience
Ability to collaborate actively and effectively with multiple teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills a must
Motivated, dynamic, creative and results oriented
