Email Marketing Specialist Bomgar
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Position Summary: The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for working with several different functions across sales and marketing to create, implement, manage, report on and optimize outbound, direct response email campaigns.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Create, implement, manage, report on and optimize multi-touch email marketing programs to support outbound demand generation efforts using Eloqua and Salesforce.com.
Manage the integrity of the prospect database, the synchronization of data between systems (Eloqua and Salesforce.com) and subscription statuses.
Work with the Director of Demand Generation and individual Demand Generation Executives to strategize and identify new targets and build contact lists in SFDC.
Develop email content for different audiences, while employing the art of storytelling to produce engaging and meaningful business communications.
Understand what information our prospects need to know and build campaigns that deliver that information in a relevant and compelling way.
Personalize existing marketing content/offer materials to increase relevance and reduce the need for new content generation.
Configure and build programs using Eloqua and Salesforce.com; setup and execute tactical tasks associated with e-mail campaigns, lead scoring rules and Demand Generation follow up processes.
Develop dashboards and reporting in Salesforce.com and Eloqua to measure and share the success of email demand generation efforts.
Create and maintain a marketing analytics dashboard that is used to continuously refine and improve our lead-generation efforts, which will enable us to make data-driven marketing decisions.
Integrate recommendations into programs as we continuously improve our engine. Continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize ROI.
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree with major in related field (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, English, etc.).
At least three years? experience in direct marketing, database marketing, and/or e-mail campaign marketing.
Highly proficient in Eloqua & Salesforce.com to capture, track and report on leads, contacts and accounts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Research).
Demonstrate an understanding of marketing data and data management.
Demonstrate an understanding of marketing concepts (online marketing, lead scoring, marketing communications, etc.).
Ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
Ability to interpret abstract concepts into tangible deliverables.
Strong creative writing skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to effectively organize, multitask and prioritize.
