Summary:The Email Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the daily management and creation of email marketing and marketing automation programs. The chosen candidate will help create, execute and measure the success of Volusion?s email marketing campaigns.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Implement email campaigns in Marketo to maximize traffic and revenue per email
- Execute new lead nurturing and marketing automation programs
- Develop marketing content for email and lead nurturing programs
- Report weekly/monthly/quarterly on the key metrics of lead nurturing programs and monthly email campaigns
- Track trends and recommend strategy enhancements based on analysis of campaign results
Skills/Qualifications:
- 2 -5 years of marketing experience
- Understanding of Email best practices, testing methodologies, and analytics
- Experience in Marketo, Eloqua or other Marketing Automation platform
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Organized work habits with the ability to prioritize workload & work independently
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong critical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of relational databases
- Experience in salesforce.com is a plus
- Basic HTML programming is a plus
- Bachelor?s Degree in related field
