Caradigm is building the next generation electronic health record system designed to transform patient care worldwide and is seeking top product management talent and workflow and activity expert with the creativity and innovation to drive this product to market. This is a key role in the Caradigm team responsible to provide strategic direction and execution planning around the workflow and activity management within this system. The Workflow and Activity management foundation will enable the practice of evidence based medicine, improve patient safety and promotes translational medicine.
Essential Resposibilities:
? Extend and execute a strategy for using workflow and activity management in advanced healthcare IT systems including how workflow and activities integrates with knowledge management and clinical decision support
? Define functionalities and requirements for the workflow and activity management platform
? Define the functionalities and requirements for tools that will maintain and support the workflow and activity management system
? Develop and maintain workflows and activities used in the workflow and activity management system
? Close collaboration with marketing team to ensure market opportunities and needs are reflected in product plans and requirements.
? Driving the product portfolio to meet the needs of the market. Responsible for strategy and execution of the product roadmaps and new product introductions
? Working with customers on long term product roadmaps, requirements, and business plans.
? Coordinating the needs across a multi-functional organization, including marketing, sales, operations, engineering, and services teams, while ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
? Establish tradeoffs between internal development and business partnership activities with strategic partners? including contract negotiations and maintenance, product changes, forecasting & financials
? Conducting product research to further understand the competitive profile for the segment worldwide and opportunities for growth
? Margin improvement opportunities, including working with services on cost
? Ensuring customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the ?voice of the customer? is reflected in work processes.
? Drive operating mechanisms to ensure behavior consistent with integrity, quality systems, and EHS requirements.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare or related field
? 2+ years years? experience in product management
? 4+ years? experience in Management Engineering or Workflow and Activity Management systems
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Strong analytical and process skills
? Experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions, able to clearly communicate complex technical information in a easy to understand manner, able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
? You must be willing to take a drug test
? You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background.
? You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Desired Characteristics:
? Advance degree such as MSIE, MHA, MBA, MPA or PhD in Business / Operations Management and / or clinical background such as RN, MT, RPh, RRA
? 6+ years? experience in product management, product development or related field
? 3+ years? experience in Workflow and Activity Management
? System / operations analysis and quality /performance improvement
? Forecasting demand experience
? Optimizing workload and schedules
? Performing workflow analysis
? Working knowledge of the quality process, including and understanding of JCAHO
? Using and teaching others to use the problem solving tools of quality management.
? Deep Product Management expertise, including: New Product introductions, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management,
? Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen
? Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
? Innovation ? develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
? Team oriented ? ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
