We?re seeking a Product Marketing Manager (Email strategy) with the ability to translate Yammer?s product capabilities into simple, easy-to-understand user marketing campaigns that drive increased product engagement.
The Product Marketing Manager (Email strategy) will work closely with Product, Marketing and Analytics to develop project plans for high-volume email programs. Metrics driven, this position requires someone that can analyze large volumes of data, optimize e-mail delivery, and make key business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Yammer is a fast-paced, innovative environment and you'll have the tools and resources you will need - including a fridge full of beer and daily catered meals.
Responsibilities:
Help drive Yammer?s user retention strategy by developing comprehensive email programs.
Leverage email marketing tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximize user engagement.
Manage creation and execution of email marketing campaigns that deliver against business goal.
Create data-driven, dynamic email campaigns and tests that deliver against ROI targets.
Drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including CTR, open rates, engagement, and retention.
Develop other related user education content like landing pages and videos.
Implement and manage email service provider
Required skills:
4-5 years user marketing or product marketing experience with a minimum 2 years demonstrated success in email marketing from concept to completion.
Demonstrated success in managing high volume integrated email marketing programs for consumer audience.
Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B testing and ROI analysis
Self-starter with ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Understanding of HTML and an eye for design
Passion for product and user education, as well as personal achievement.
Exceptional copy writing and communication skills, with a team-first attitude.
