POSITION TITLE
Employee Account Representative (Bilingual Albanian and English)
This is a virtual telecommute position with day and evening work hours required, as work performed will service overseas operations in Albania. To service our customer in Albania, the tentative hours of operation will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central European Time (CET), which is 2:00 am to 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST). Operational hours may include weekends and all U.S. Government Holidays, which are not celebrated as public holidays in Albania.
LOCATION
The majority of the work can be performed from the comfort of the employee's home by logging into our virtual call center. This position reports directly to FPMI's Shared Service Center located in Huntsville, Alabama.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The FPMI Candidate Management Center Employee Account Representative is the primary point of contact for our customers and applicants in the area of recruitment services. This is not just answering calls; this job includes the processing, vetting, and management of candidates throughout FPMI's hiring process.
The primary duties of this position include the following:
Provides recruitment and candidate management services via a virtual call center environment.
Accepts job applications received from applicants and reviews applications to ensure that they are complete and meet the necessary qualification requirements established by the customer.
Collects resumes and applications, and schedules interviews. Facilitates all assessment activities, including background and drug testing activities, computer-based testing, and all interviews. Coordinates with and advises the Recruitment team on any issues that arise in the recruitment process.
Responds to applicant and candidate inquiries about jobs, pay, and the status of their application, background investigations and assessment activities
Answers inbound communications via phone, fax, and email in a professional manner
Researches required information using available resources and tools
Logs inbound calls, updates service requests, and closes service requests
Adheres to standard FPMI hiring practices and operating procedures
Identifies and escalates priority issues using appropriate Points of Contact
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Native speaker with bachelor's experience in Human Resources or related discipline highly desired. Near Native Speakers considered OR Certificate in Albanian, with experience in language instruction or certification in translation and/or interpreting.
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background investigation, including credit check
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, plus other MS Office Suite, SharePoint experience is a plus
Strong grammar, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to respond to customer inquiries (written and verbal) in English and Albanian
Availability to work weekends and U.S. Government Holidays
Availability to work non-standard work shift
PREFERABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Certification in translation or interpreting (Albanian)
Prior experience multi-tasking in fast-paced environment
Prior recruiting experience preferably in Albania or other European countries.
Prior experience living and working in Albania for extended period of time. A general knowledge of cultural norms, hiring practices, and geographic area is highly preferred.
