EMR Implementation Consultant Clinicient

We are seeking an individual with physical or occupational therapy background, looking to come in and make a positive impact on the client implementation experience. As an EMR Implementation Consultant at Clinicient, you will work with a dedicated, professional group of individuals focused on the quality and timely implementation of Clinicient?s software and services. You will be a primary point of contact during client implementations as s subject matter expert on the clinical/front desk component of our software and the benefits it can bring to the clinic and its therapists.You are the kind of individual that thrives in delighting customers with good training and prompt resolution of issues. You hate not delivering timely, quality results for people, and look for ways to reduce the effort to do so but never sacrificing quality in the process. You are comfortable in an environment that continues to improve and adapt quickly to meet customers? needs, and excited about the opportunities to be part of a growing team. You will need to assume a leadership role in customer advocacy and escalation situations, and have the intellectual curiosity to understand Clinicient products and services and the impact they have on the clinical experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Single point-of-contact for client regarding questions on products, training & process during implementation on Clinicient?s Insight EMR program
Provide training and problem solving to clients via web-based tools and occasional on-site training
Coordinate response and confirm resolution of client questions or needs
Thorough client follow-up to ensure satisfaction, understanding & internal efficiencies
Manage client expectation regarding EMR application functions
Follow up with Project Manager with progress and potential obstacles
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associates degree required, Bachelor?s degree preferred
Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic as a licensed PTA or COTA
Experience using EHR, EMR or other healthcare information technology
