EMR-Link Sales Support Liaison Technologies
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The EMR-Link Sales Support role will provide high-level administrative support to Liaison Healthcare?s Director of Product Management, EHR and Lab Integration and the EMR-Link sales team. This role will make significant contributions to the EMR-Link sales team?s sales and marketing objectives by organizing and coordinating EMR-Link specific sales and marketing activity in cooperation with Liaison Healthcare Informatics marketing team. This role will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all EMR-Link sales and many marketing-related activities, and providing administrative support for the EMR-Link sales team.
Complete project assignments from the team by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, and gaining cooperation of others.
Serve as the team?s marketing coordinator; organizing and coordinating all EMR-Link marketing activities with Liaison Healthcare?s marketing team.
Assist with EMR-Link sales and marketing project management to ensure projects remain on-track. This requires organization, forward thinking, resolving issues and communication with project stakeholders.
Working with the sales team to prepare for product demonstrations. This will include scheduling the demonstrations, performing necessary research as appropriate to prepare background information, having information and/or materials ready in advance and anticipating needs and requirements and planning accordingly.
Assist the sales team by building effective reporting that will be used for communicating internally, with current customers, as well as prospects
Record meeting minutes when needed
Receive incoming leads, assign to sales team correctly and follow up to confirm the lead has been contacted appropriately. This will include leads gathered from our website, tradeshows and marketing campaigns.

Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple activities with the ability to meet deadlines
Required knowledge, skills and abilities
Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
Advanced skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SalesForce.com
Ability to work independently, prioritize daily work and multi-task with minimal supervision
Self-motivated, effective under pressure and flexible
