Enablement Administrators are responsible for generating sales quotations, using client-specific databases and financial systems. This individual will also be focused on creating booking packages and/or invoices within Client and Internal systems. They must ensure the integrity of client and internal information in database, financial, and CRM systems. Additionally, Enablement Administrators manage external and internal queries in a professional, client-orientated manner using their bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese and are responsible for checking the data integrity of purchase orders and invoices.

? Manage external and internal queries in a professional, client-orientated manner
? Checking the data integrity of purchase orders and invoices
? Aptitude for math as it applies to sales, margin, pricing and performance.
? Ability to interpret raw data and conduct basic analysis
? Able to manage specific tasks through prescribed processes, and use critical thinking to bridge process gaps on non-standard tasks
? Ability to multi-task in a high volume transactional environment.
? Goal driven, perfection oriented with sales awareness.
? Ability to manage, prioritize, and communicate about competing deadlines.
? Demonstrated ability to communicate quickly and succinctly in CRM workflow, email, voice and IM.
? High aptitude for professional customer, client, and vendor management & communication

? Person who enjoys being busy all the time.
? College education preferred
? 2-5 years Administration experience preferably in sales processes
? Candidate must have solid experience in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel) and email Databases, including demonstrated proficiency at Excel Level II or beyond
? Experience with CRM systems is not required but would be a distinct advantage
