Energy Analyst/Client Manager Planalytics

Summary
We are seeking an Energy Analyst/Client Manager to support a rapidly growing client base by providing energy management solutions.

Responsibilities
Calling on existing clients and building strong customer relationships
Providing advice and assisting clients in obtaining the desired business benefits from our services
Quantitative and Statistical Analysis with relation to commodities
Addressing and following up on client issues as it relates to their:
Hedging and procurement strategies for energy commodities
Analysis of energy markets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Identifying growth opportunities with current clients
Striving to exceed the clients expectations on a consistent basis

Qualifications
We are seeking experienced senior-level Quantitative Analysts with skills and experiences as follows:

Undergraduate and graduate level degreed in an applied quantitative or statistical concentration;5 to 10 years of professional quantitative/statistical analytical experience, in the fields of energy, trading or commodities
Understanding of energy commodity markets
Very strong intuitive abilities, creativity, and excellent communication skills;
Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment
25 travel
Very strong technical/PC skills including Microsoft, Excel, SAS, S-PLUS, ACCESS, SQL, and similar utilities, etc.
