The Engagement Executive ? Mid Markets has primary responsibility for driving revenue in existing Mid-Market clients through the successful adoption and implementation of enterprise wide compliance solutions for organizations ranging from several hundred employees to international companies with up to 7,500 employees. Working with senior executives, program administrators, internal and external project teams, program sponsors and new buying centers, the Engagement Executive will leverage and align resources to strategically and successfully implement a comprehensive enterprise wide solution for client organizations. The Engagement Executive will build and foster a solid relationship with clients at all levels, provide strategic and tactical program advice, and ultimately ensure successful adoption and support of LRN products and solutions.
The successful Engagement Executive will develop a thorough understanding of the client?s business operations, program goals and objectives and be able to accurately and effectively use LRN solutions to support the business and program objectives. They will act as an ambassador for LRN and become a trusted advisor to their clients, an undying customer advocate, and consummate sales professional.

? Generate revenue growth by expanding and renewing existing customer relationships through effective consultative conversations and presentations via the telephone and Web meetings
? Create and Maintain Strategic Account Plans for assigned clients that contain revenue targets, accounts goals, program goals, risk areas and challenges
? Ability to successfully manage internal and external project teams across multiple clients for enterprise wide program rollouts and various point projects
? Accurately forecast and deliver quarterly and annual bookings quota
? Ability to engage Senior Executives and Leaders within an organization to deliver strategic and consultative advice while also managing tactical teams for implementation projects
? Maintain domain expertise in relevant business, legal, regulatory, industry and ethical areas
? Perform disciplined discovery, research and needs analyses with clients delivering value during all phases of the sales cycle and project engagement
? Provide exceptional client services, working tenaciously through and around obstacles to solutions, course correct and manage client expectations accordingly
Essential Qualifications & Professional Skills
? Minimum of 5 years of consistent successful solution sales experience and project management experience with international enterprise technology solutions companies or consulting firms
?Demonstrated high degree of ethics and integrity and a connection with LRN?s corporate mission and values
?Outstanding record of achievement in current position
?Outstanding record of successful international projects or enterprise wide project implementations
?Must have ability to manage multiple work streams and manage multiple complex projects through project teams and direct involvement
?Willingness to work out of LRN?s Los Angeles, New York or London office (required)
?Demonstrated consultative approach to account management with the ability to effective engage your audience with just the use of the telephone and web technology
?Ability to articulate complex philosophical perspectives and connect them to practical benefits of LRN solution
?High energy, positive attitude, adaptability to change, desire to learn and entrepreneurial spirit required
?Requires an individual who is willing to be constantly challenged, always learning and natural curiosity for client business operations
?Must have exceptional client service and relationship management skills including but not limited to highly effective communication skills: written, oral, group presentations
?Exceptional relationship development and management abilities
?Demonstrated experience working successfully in a fast-paced, small-team environment
?CRM experience required, Salesforce.com experience preferred
?Bachelors degree required, Advanced degree preferred
