TiER1 is looking for a seasoned consultant who has demonstrated success in managing large client relationships. We are expanding our presence in the Chicago Market with a growing number of projects in the areas of human performance, learning, communications and change. This Chicago-based Engagement Manager will work with clients to guide the strategy, design, development and execution of these projects.
Strong leadership, collaboration, work ethic and the ability to tackle challenges are all skills needed for this role. The Engagement Manager will work in partnership with the Business Development Team then oversee the delivery of the resulting work. The role requires that this individual partner with client leadership to ensure that the solutions meet the objectives, while addressing current and future needs.
Be a well-balanced leader who has high-quality personal relationships with a variety of large-scale organizations.
Have a background in human performance which could include organizational design, change management, learning and development, knowledge management or some related field.
Be well-respected and trusted professionally with a very likable personally.
Be equally comfortable in leading a team in the execution of a project and delivery of a solution as interacting with senior executives and creating a vision for potential solutions.
Be capable of both big-picture thinking and detailed task execution.
