Engagement Manager EPAM Systems
We are currently seeking a strong, PM focused Engagement Manager to join our Philadelphia area team of professionals.
Our ideal candidate will act as a digital business consultant to current clients in the area of strategy and problem resolution while maintaining and growing the relationship between EPAM EL and their clients. A key factor for this role that differentiates it from a standard DBC role here at EPAM Empathy Lab, is that the perfect candidate will possess a mix of both engagement management and project management in their background.
Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion;
Experience with basic Project Management responsibilities including timeline, budget, risk and deliverables;
Experience managing and monitoring P&L across large scale accounts and account portfolios;
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment;
Demonstrate versatility, conviction and a commitment to outstanding client service;
Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas;
Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team ? but not micro managing;
Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb oral and written communication with seasoned presentation skills;
Ability to maintain high level of organization and attention to detail;
Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests;
Strong digital knowledge or experience with particular emphasis on strategy, consulting, team management and product development.
Establish and cultivate relationships with clients at senior levels;
Align with EPAM Account Managers and DSED Senior Leadership to co-develop/support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satistfaction;
Stay abreast of current and emerging digital trends and how it affects clients? business and initiatives;
Ensure successful DSED delivery through an integrated delivery model (on-shore/off-shore);
Responsible for properly scoping and pricing DSED engagements, managing stakeholder expectations, and establishing optimal operating models and project team organization;
Partner with clients to help shape the product vision and create compelling customer value propositions and digital strategies;
Achieve consensus among diverse and dissenting viewpoints while effectively translating ideas into prioritized and actionable steps;
Assist in architecting pricing approaches and strategies aligned with EPAM financial performance goals to deliver on EPAM?s growth and performance objectives;
Demonstrate expertise in all phases of an interactive project lifecycle;
Analyze and prioritize project activities and client needs while establishing realistic deadlines;
Responsible for the creation and execution of project plans and the DSED components of account plans and strategies;
Have a ?can-do? attitude that fosters a positive productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations.
