Cybersquatting Risk Analysis
Domain Management Policies and Guidelines
Domain Portfolio Optimization
The Engagement Manager will be expected to master MarkMonitor?s solutions, consulting methodologies and practices, and to be an exceptional facilitator and trusted advisor for key clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with our Account Managers (Direct Sales) to develop new business opportunities and sell new work, including expanding existing client relationships.
Develop deep understanding of client needs, and translate business objectives into consulting proposals and work plans.
Manage client engagements and project teams from start to finish, overseeing the performance of the engagement, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and managing client expectations.
Collaborate with senior client executives to develop effective strategies, and prepare the client team for successful execution.
Provide ongoing coaching and advisory support as needed, to clients and to MarkMonitor project team members.
Minimum Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of Domain Name industry and/or Corporate Domain Management operations (preferred)
A strong record of professional success, including at least 5 years of client-facing leadership experience with a top-tier agency or management consulting firm
A track-record of selling and delivering high-value, strategic consulting engagements, with hands-on experience in proposal development and leading proposal presentations
Demonstrated ability to develop new client relationships, and to effectively interact with clients at all levels of the organization
Bachelors Degree required, MBA desirable
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
