Responsibilities
Coach and lead client on pricing best practices, advise on best practices for change management, successful deployment and project discipline
Develop comprehensive understanding of value proposition that Zilliant represents to the customer, identify and assess benefits of Zilliant SaaS offering
Lead business specification sessions while maintaining project scope
Conduct team coordination and status check to review, clarify and prioritize activities and tasks
Prepare and present workshops, demonstrations and deliverables
Communicate status reports
Utilize project methodology and continuous improvement to gain project efficiencies
Problem solve for configuration decisions and/or obstacles
Validate data integrity
Configure software products
Record and monitor configuration technical requests
Perform system testing

Develop working relationships with clients and individuals in other business units by understanding their perspectives and issues
Effectively lead project teams to successful completion of project, demonstrating teamwork, encouraging collaboration, promoting the flow of information among all participants

Analytical
Apply financial, statistical, and optimization analyses to the B2B pricing process
Translate these often complex concepts into business terms consumable by client
Identify and promote value driving pricing opportunities through both data and business process analyses
Train users on product application within context of new and existing pricing processes
Experience
Typically requires 5-7 or more years of enterprise or SaaS application software implementation experience
Prior experience as part of a management team (lead role with plan, resource and issue/change responsibilities) that successfully managed a full life cycle implementation
Experience in supporting business development opportunities through proposal creation, review and presentation
Knowledge of business functions and expertise in business analysis techniques. Specific knowledge of pricing practices a plus
B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent work experience. An appropriate advanced degree is preferred
Specific experience implementing ERP, SCM, CRM or Price Execution Systems a plus
Experience with pricing, analytics, business intelligence, OLAP, data warehousing, operations research, and statistical modeling/optimization techniques a plus

Willing to travel an average of 4 to 5 days per month.
