Engagement Manager / Project Lead Catalyst IT
We need Engagement Managers / Project Leads to spearhead teams of technical professionals taking on challenging and exciting efforts and to oversee larger client relationships involving numerous efforts at any given time. We are looking for people who enjoy fast-paced and collaborative environments, who enjoy tackling interesting technical challenges, and who are interested in helping lead the next major innovation in building and supporting software. The responsibilities of Engagement Managers and Project Leads include:- Managing client relationships with large, complex clients
- Leading technical teams and mentoring staff
- Identifying organizational impediments and appropriate solutions to successful
engagements
- Working in close partnership with clients to understand and drive the relationship between
large organizations and Catalyst as their applications outsourcing partner
Job Requirements include:
- Experience leading software development teams to accomplish complex business ends
- Understanding of and experience with different software development methodologies
employed to achieve different organizational and business ends
- Experience managing large, complex client relationships and associated P&Ls
- Past success driving client satisfaction
- An excitement about, interest in, and knowledge about technology as a means to transform
enterprises
- Intelligence, enthusiasm, and leadership skills
