The Engagement Manager is responsible for providing VBrick customers a standardized and professional engagement process across all implementations. The person in this position is expected to have extensive customer facing engagement and project management experience and possess both technical and business skills. Key duties associated with this position include Scope Management, Technical Project Management, documentation and template development, and customer project proposal development. This position reports to the Director of Professional Services. This position has 25-50% travel. Some International travel is required.

Responsibilities:
Engagement Management:
Perform scope management; define customer Statements of Work based on customer requirements and sales inputs.
Define standardized Project Management and deployment templates, processes and reporting
Deliver customer presentations to sell value of VBrick Professional Service offerings.
Ensure customer business processes are well mapped out as entrance criteria to engagement
Provide general oversight to all inputs and deliverables in the delivery process
Perform post-implementation reviews to ensure customer satisfaction with overall VBrick delivery execution
Assist in creation of pricing plans and Professional Services product packages.
Project Management:
Project Manage customer deployments involving VBrick video streaming solutions.
Create simple or complex Project Plans tailored to project requirements, including multi-vendor integration.
Lead project lifecycle elements, including planning, design, implementation, test and acceptance, documentation and training;
Project Execution - Drive project task items to completion per defined Statement of Work.
Provide on-site and remote project leadership, communication and direction.
Perform change order/scope management, as required.
Create and populate ?Project Folders? for customer projects
Create and manage ?Customer Acceptance Test Plan?
Perform technical and business escalations as required
Position Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Business. A minimum five years? experience deploying IT infrastructure in a customer facing Professional Services environment.
> Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
> A minimum of four years? experience in project managing network deployments including: LAN, WAN, 10/100/Gig Ethernet, Firewall, and TCP/IP.
> A minimum of two years? experience project managing deployments associated with Windows based server systems, including web services, AD, and database systems.
> Strong customer communications and presentation skills
> Working knowledge of standards, communications protocols including TCP/IP, network routers, and switches.
> Working knowledge of PC and server based systems and applications such as Windows, MAC OS, Linux/Unix, LDAP, SMS, Windows Media Player, Real Player, Active-X, Direct Show, ASP and HTML.
> Security clearance is desirable
> Experience in a Professional Services organization is a MUST.
