Description
eChalk has immediate opportunities for experienced Engagement Managers in the following locations: Chicago, New York, Southeast and Central territories. The Engagement Manager is directly responsible for supporting an Account Executive who manages a portfolio of K-12 district partners within the region. The Engagement Manager will support the Account Executive on developing goals and plans for enhanced communication and increased use of eChalk?s web-based communications platform. The Engagement Manager will coordinate system implementations and provide ongoing project management support. The Engagement Manager will also be responsible for resolving client support issues and delivering product news, updates and training materials to clients. This position reports to the Director of Client Engagement.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and project manage implementation of all purchased services
Coordinate delivery of Professional Learning services
Coordinate client outreach; collaborate with Marketing
Track and document customer communication, training, system configuration, projects, tickets, contracts, etc. through Salesforce
Resolve technical and other service issues; collaborate with eChalk Support to escalate and resolve issues as appropriate
Assemble and deliver usage reports to clients
Nurture day-to-day relationship with clients by responding to questions, requests and concerns in a timely manner
Ensure that product feature requests are routed to Product Development
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining results-oriented
Ability to quickly analyze a situation and make recommendations
Work well in a team while taking initiative individually
High comfort level with technology and web-based applications
PC and Mac literate
Working knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce.com and sales and marketing collaboration platforms
Strong experience with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Impeccable attention to detail and follow-up
Tenacious work attitude and ability to function effectively under pressure
Highly innovative and proactive with the ability to meet all deadlines
Passion for K-12 education; experience working with K-12 schools and districts a plus
Bachelor's degree required
