Engagement Program Manager - New York Dachis Group

We seek an Engagement Program Manager with 3-5 years of project and account management experience who is adept at straddling the fence between day-to-day project management and account strategy. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in client services, including direct management of digital marketing, technology integration, and/or and social media programs. Proven experience developing client relationships and keeping projects on time and within budget is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage client expectations
- Identify, understand and represent client needs and objectives
- Manage multiple projects within an overall master timeline, manage budget and deliverables
- Design into programs opportunities for interaction between collaborative team members of different skill sets
- Support the development of a collaborative partnership with the client
- Proactively identify new potential opportunities within client engagements that benefit the client's business, and work with the client and executive leadership team to grow the account
Skills Required
- 3-5 years of client services experience, including managing digital and social media programs, and/or technology systems
- Exceptional client relationship skills
- Project and budget management
- Knowledge of how social media and online communities function
- Collaborative, team oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- Ability to travel as required
