The Engine Calibration and Development Engineer is responsible for all phases of internal combustion engine:Testing
Optimization
Calibration
Data pre- and post-processing
Requirements:
Master's degree in engineering or foreign educational equivalent
Minimum of 5 or more years of related experience
Experience with diesel engine performance and emissions calibration
Fundamental understanding of diesel combustion
Experience with diesel engine technologies and operating an engine test cell
Experience with engine-specific instrumentation, data acquisition systems, signal processing and data management
Advanced problem-solving skills and an aptitude for striking a balance between the application of academic theory and engineering judgment
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with diesel after treatment systems
Automotive or engine industry experience
