As an Engineering Assistant, you will help our technology team stay organized and on top of their workload.
In our dynamic environment, you'll be able to apply your skills in planning, coordinating, and organization,
and have an immediate impact on our product and customers.
You will, among other things:
conduct assigned project work, keeping all stakeholders apprised of progress regularly.
interface with outside and internal resources to gather information in support of new projects.
conduct research on practice management software systems.
install, test, and document new integration applications.
build reports and gather data for progress tracking to optimize turnaround time.
prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
You must?
be extremely detail-oriented, professional, self-starter, organized and able to handle simultaneous tasks.
possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
place a high value on customer service, ensuring that internal customers are happy.
have a strong willingness to help in any area and learn new things, even if it's outside the proverbial "box".
have some understanding of technical concepts (or the willingness to learn) and grasp how business needs can better be supported through technology.
have at least 2 years experience as a high-level assistant. Previous experience working at a Software as a Service (SaaS) company is a plus.
be Mac literate, proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Keynote and Numbers experience is a plus.
A typical day might also include:
several trips to the soda machine; we have an unlimited supply...for the most part.
collaborating with a dynamic Engineering team on Bagel Tuesday.
