Research, design, diagnose, develop, test, and maintain computer software and systems for IMVU's applications and online services. Make large-scale architectural changes that touch many areas of the code base in a manner that is minimally disruptive to customers and the business. Research, select and implement algorithms to solve unique and difficult scalability or performance issues. Invent and update systems and processes to improve code base's overall level of code quality, prevent performance problems, improve all test coverage to ensure fast, reliable tests across the entire engineering organization. Diagnose and repair programming bugs, as well as understanding its root cause in both organizational processes and technical failure. Working with stakeholders, oversee product lifecycle and ensure timely delivery. Lead engineering project team to produce quality code that is maintainable, scalable and works as expected by the customer.
