Engineering/Machinist Internship Mystic Pharmaceuticals

Pharmaceutical research company specializing in the areas of ophthalmic and nasal delivery seeks candidate for full-time summer internship with potential for fall semester carryover.

Candidate Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited science related program pursuing a bachelors or masters degree. Areas of study included are: Mechanical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Engineering R&D, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering etc
Minimum of 3 semesters completed course work
Job Description Responsibilities:
This position will involve assisting in the design, fabrication, assembly, documentation, and design validation testing of several medical devices.
Job Requirements:
SolidWorks, good mechanical aptitude, knowledge of injection molding, fluid dynamics, statics, Labview, Microsoft Office, working with mechanical equipment, tools and industrial machinery.

Candidate must possess knowledge of:
Basic computer skills
Basic engineering skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to multi-task and work well with others
Interest in Pharmaceutical/Biotech related career with a concentration in engineering.
