About You
- Very strong leadership skills
- Ability to hire and develop top-quality engineers
- Architecture and hands-on engineering background
- Deep understanding of building high scale, high availability, distributed systems
- You understand the principles of software craftsmanship and you write clean code (even when working on extremely hard problems)
What You'll Do
- Hire and mentor world-class engineers
- Lead and deliver key engineering initiatives
- Identify and implement development process and methodology improvements to increase quality and pace of development
- Work with Customer Support and Account Management to respond to customer impacting issues
- Work with Product Management and customers to contribute to the strategic direction of the product and roadmaps
