Some Key Responsibilities include:
Partner with the engineering leads in order to effectively manage timelines and deliverables.
Communicate status and metrics on projects and tasks laterally and to senior management.
Manage complete development lifecycle for multiple projects, tracking resource allocation and scheduling, as well as quality and risk management.
Proactive, organized, and willing to take on tasks way beyond job scope.
Creative thinker, problem solver, self-motivated, energetic and passionate about customer service.
Love to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Nice to have) passionate about some component of the music industry.
Experience (at least 10 years) working with multiple development methodologies, from traditional waterfall SDLC to Agile and Scrum
Skills using Excel and Access (or better) and issue tracking systems; we use Jira
Successful at delivering products for development communities and managing feature releases to enterprise customers.
Understand what it takes to create software products that achieve high scale, measure micro-transactions and manage digital media.
Strong communications skills, leadership, results-oriented, and lots of attention to detail.
