Project Management â€¢ Partners closely with Engineer Manager(s), Lead Engineer(s), QA and other constituents across the organization to coordinate, track and facilitate the completion of key Engineering projects. â€¢ Executes and delivers project reporting and documentation. â€¢ Drives the post-implementation project review process. Process Management â€¢ Facilitates Change Control meetings to review open issues, get status, and enable a forum for re-prioritization. â€¢ Initiates and drives critical software development processes, to include Feasibility, Impact, and Root Cause Analyses, as needed. â€¢ Works closely with the PMO to deliver mission-critical project, process and productivity data. â€¢ Aligns with the PMO to support and advocate workflow, policy and SOP implementation. â€¢ Partners with the PMO to identify opportunities to increase quality, efficiency and productivity across the organization. Solutions Management â€¢ Serves as Communications liaison and Gatekeeper of issues for the product team. â€¢ Coordinates prioritization of work for the product team. â€¢ Coordinates with stakeholders to raise issues and communicate delays as necessary. â€¢ Engages team members to ensure the data in the Defects-Enhancements System is complete and valid. â€¢ Participates in Beta Client/Testing as needed.
