Engineering Technician - Packaging Lifecore Biomedical Inc.
Job Description:This individual will troubleshoot equipment issues and work with management as well as engineering to develop robust solutions; develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides for packaging equipment; train packaging work force on set up and trouble shooting equipment; assist engineering with URS (User Requirement Specifications), FAT and SAT (Factory and Sight Acceptance Testing) ; assist Quality Engineering with equipment validations; participate in corrective action activities, and provide project support as required.
Job Requirements:
BA/BS in Engineering or Associate?s Degree in Engineering Technology. Previous technical experience and familiarity with medical device and/or biopharmaceutical regulatory requirements. Basic understanding or packaging equipment and manufacturing process engineering principles. PLC knowledge desirable.
