Position Profile
The Enlistment Executive has an opportunity to help businesses impact their culture by translating their values into concrete corporate practices and leadership behaviors that create a sustainable competitive advantage. The Enlistment Executive will be responsible for driving revenue in new accounts for the company and enlisting new partners into the LRN community. The successful Enlistment Executive will individually build a solid pipeline of prospects, qualifying those prospects, managing the pipeline and identifying and aligning the best LRN solution to insure a successful partnership. This individual will be creating a compelling LRN vision/mission that inspires action and then links that vision to the LRN value proposition/program offerings. S/he will act as an ambassador for LRN. Our successful Enlistment Executive will be a trusted advisor to his/her clients, an undying customer advocate, and consummate sales professional.
Key Responsibilities

The Enlistment Executive will also:
? Generate revenue growth and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction with LRN?s products and services
? Build relationships with senior executives at targeted companies through effective sales conversations and presentations primarily via the telephone and Web technology
? Demonstrated ability to effectively articulate how solutions can address and impact an organization?s business objectives and operations
? Ability to effectively and strategically manage large territories and prioritize time accordingly
? Ability to effect individual marketing and communication campaigns within your territory
? Demonstrated ability to coordinate buyers throughout the organization to ensure alignment on proposed solution
? Demonstrated ability to effectively cold call into senior executives to secure appointments
? Ability to accurately forecast and deliver quarterly and annual bookings quota
? Differentiate and position LRN?s point of view and value proposition
? Demonstrated experience working successfully in a fast-paced, small-team environment
? Ability to successfully drive through completion multiple extended sales cycles
? Work tenaciously through and around obstacles to solutions that deliver impressive value
Essential Qualifications & Professional Skills
? Minimum of 5 years of consistent successful solution sales experience with enterprise technology solutions companies or consulting firms
? Demonstrated high degree of ethics and integrity and a connection with LRN?s corporate mission and values
? Outstanding record of achievement in his/her current position
? Ability to articulate a visionary message with senior executives with just the use of the telephone and Web-based technology
? High energy, positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
? Highly effective communication skills: written, oral, group presentations
? Ability to inspire confidence and credibility over the phone
? Proven ability to articulate intangible benefits of enterprise wide solutions through LRN solutions
? Ability to work as a collaborative team member in support of and conjunction with formal and informal team members
? Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-paced environment, learn quickly and adapt effectively to change
? Desire to work in a fluid and changing environment where you are continuously learning about various businesses and organizations
? Ability to create and execute marketing and sales strategies within your territory to ensure continued and consistent outreach
? Willingness to work out of LRN?s Los Angeles, New York or London office (required)
? CRM experience required, Salesforce.com experience preferred
? Bachelors degree required, Advanced degree preferred, legal background a plus
