Enrollment Advisor: Help Recruit the Next Generation of Graduates.
Here is a unique opportunity to combine your background in the field of education with your natural abilities in the areas of relationship sales and client services. EmbanetCompass is seeking a motivated self-starter with phone sales ability to generate new students for bachelor?s, master?s and doctoral degree and certificate programs. Making the most of your go-getter personality, you will utilize your interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospective students that have inquired about the program. You will act as a skilled advisor to discover the needs & concerns of prospects, demonstrate how our program can best meet those needs, and support the prospective students through the admissions process to include registration completion.
In addition, candidate will be responsible for:
Communicate with prospective students via call campaigns, emails, and faxes regarding the program
Advise prospective students using the EmbanetCompass Sales Model: Relating, Discovery, and Advocating
Guide them through the admissions process with the goal of determining if the program is a fit for their educational needs
Effectively follow departmental lead management guideline for all leads
Utilize database tools to efficiently track each interaction and the progress of all assigned leads
Achieve daily recruitment metrics pertaining to Speed to Lead, Call Volume, 1st Time Contacts, and New In Sales as established by the Recruitment Services Manager
Effectively communicate industry trends, quality of leads, and program updates to appropriate cross-functional and departmental team members
The qualified candidate we seek must possess the following:
Bachelor?s degree from accredited institution, strongly preferred
2-3 years sales experience (in an outbound calling environment preferred)
General knowledge of higher education and/or college admissions and recruitment preferred
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as late as 9 pm two nights per week. Saturday work may also be scheduled if necessary
Ability to work weekends as business needs dictate
