Enrollment Coordinator: Help recruit the next generation of graduates.
EmbanetCompass is seeking a motivated professional to generate new students for bachelors, masters and doctoral degree and certificate programs. The Enrollment Coordinator is part of a team responsible for recruiting students. The Enrollment Coordinator will lead recruitment efforts and help the enrollment advisors generate new students for bachelors, masters and doctoral degree and certificate programs. Communication with prospective students is exclusively through telephone to transfer or set appointments to speak to the enrollment advisors.
In addition, candidate will be responsible for:
Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to prospective students.
Transfer to or set appointments for enrollment advisors as appropriate.
Call all new inquiries as required by speed to lead.
Accurately record interactions with each prospective student in our database.
Run filters and reports to update daily trackers and team boards.
Process mail in a timely manner within the business unit.
Maintain application files as required by each team.
Actively participate in weekly cross functional meetings.
Follow?up with accepted students to assist with registration and start of class.
Other reasonable duties as may be requested from time to time.
The Qualified Candidate we seek must possess the following:
Associate or Bachelors degree from accredited institution
Customer service experience preferred in an outbound calling environment.
Experience with distance education preferred.
Available to work evenings as required.
Highly professional verbal communication skills.
