We are currently looking for a part time Enrollment Coordinator with a staffing/HR background to join our team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate possesses highly professional demeanor, a "Go-Getter" attitude and is looking for a part time opportunity.
About the Job
As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will make initial and follow up contact with employees eligible for the RiseSmart program who have been affected by a reduction in force at their present employer. These individuals are being offered RiseSmart?s services courtesy of their former employer. Your focus will be to fully explain the benefits available to them and ensure they have a successful enrollment experience.
Join a collaborative team of Enrollment Coordinators, who are passionate about the services we provide and thrive on the opportunity to make a difference in each of our client?s lives.
Daily outgoing calls and emails to potential clients to inform them of the benefit being provided them and describing the broad range of RiseSmart services, resulting in enrollment for the RiseSmart program
Scheduling of initial coaching calls between new clients and job coaches
Utilization of specialized Transition Concierge software to track and record your progress
Become knowledgeable on RiseSmart and our service offering with the ability to clearly and concisely provide potential clients a brief overview of RiseSmart and services offered, helping them understand the value of the RiseSmart program their employer is offering to them
Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment goals, enrolling 80% of the potential clients you contact
The ideal candidate has:
A Staffing/HR background is ideal
Strong communication skills including a pleasant phone manner, excellent listening skills, and fluency in the English language (Spanish fluency is a plus)
Sense of urgency while balancing attention to detail
The ability to represent RiseSmart professionally and effectively in a role where you are the first contact with our clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (entire Microsoft Office is a plus)
The capacity to learn quickly and a drive to help people find a new job ? fast!!
Regularly commit 20 hours a week(with flexibility) in our San Jose, CA office for outreach & administrative tasks
Availability to work between 12 and 4 PM.
