The Operational Analyst of IBO Operations Engagement is responsible for overseeing Independent business Owner operation teams. The primary responsibilities will be to learn internal processes of the Operations team and facilitation of communication between internal departments. Admissions Manager Job Description
Responsibilities:
? Drive Arise Human Capital Solution & Innovation Process
? Learn the department pricing model for class pricing
? Align and work closely with Admissions operations to understand the demand vs. supply of Independent business Owners population
? Provides creative solutions to current problems including process enhancements, improvements and or automation.
? Project Management responsibilities
o Project lead for IT project
o Writing requirements
o Creating documentation
o Tracking process
? Drive strategies to current pipelines of active Independent business Owners to keep them engaged of new and open opportunities
Other Activities:
? Work with other stakeholders to execute necessary strategies to source difficult filling opportunities
? Miscellaneous report of CSP profiles for stakeholders
? Other frequent Ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree from an accredited institution required, MBA a plus
? 5-10 years of operational experience
? Knowledge of safe harbor policies
? Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
? Excellent communication skills
? Experience is managing remote workers
? Ability to write reports, business correspondence, process narratives and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from stakeholders
? Ability to prepare creative announcements drawing potential learners to the course offerings.
? Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
? Strong communication, interpersonal, and influence skills.
? Exceptional customer centricity and leadership ability
? Understanding of the dynamics of customer acquisition
? Ability to cope with a very fast paced sales environment
? Strong business acumen and process experience required
