JOB SUMMARY:
The Enrollment Operations Manager ensures customer success by utilizing RuffaloCODY?s Enrollment Manager software to develop, execute and evaluate enrollment management tactics and related tasks on behalf of designated customer accounts. In addition, the Enrollment Operations Manager maintains healthy relationships with customers through proactive project planning sessions and monitoring of customer issues and opportunities. The Enrollment Operations Manager also works with project managers, technical support and customer services staff to facilitate and support implementations, documentation, testing and training.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: Director of CRM Client Services
Supervises: N/A
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)
Develop, execute & evaluate tactics on behalf of designated customers
Utilize pre-built campaigns to support enrollment management strategy for each assigned client
Complete client-assigned tactics and tasks in a timely, efficient manner using Enrollment Manager
Evaluate results of specific client-assigned tactics and share this information with key client contacts
Document all work done on behalf of clients and the time committed to this work
Project planning and scheduled communication
Collaborate with EM Division colleagues to ensure cohesive integration of Enrollment Manager with other RuffaloCODY services
Collaborate with assigned clients on the development of enrollment management tactics and related tasks to be performed each month using dedicated account management hours
Make appropriate suggestions to clients that would enhance tactical outcomes based on strategic enrollment goals.
Report issues, opportunities and outcomes to client contacts on a regular basis
Identify opportunities to enhance the relationship through up-selling of additional services
Monitoring/reporting of customer issues and opportunities
Log comments and outcomes related to all relevant interactions with RuffaloCODY clients
Assess satisfaction based on reported support incidents and interaction with key contacts
Report significant issues/concerns to RuffaloCODY management in a timely manner
Managing implementations and training
Develop and manage implementation plans that address client needs and timelines while conforming to RuffaloCODY standard operating procedures
Schedule and facilitate training for new clients via online and in-person sessions
Monitor training needs and address as-needed through dedicated account management hours
Developing documentation and testing products
Collaborate with technical support and development staff to create and publish documentation in support of RuffaloCODY services
Participate in scheduled product testing to assist development staff in identifying potential bugs and/or performance issues related to new features or service upgrades
ANCILLARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with product development staff to enhance RuffaloCODY offerings
Participate in general business meetings and related corporate activities
Represent RuffaloCODY at various trade shows and industry conferences
QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Licenses/Certifications, Skills and Work Experience
Qualified candidates should have relevant experience in college admissions operations, student recruitment, and/or other enrollment management functions. Special consideration will be given to users of Admissions Lab/RuffaloCODY services or CRM-related applications used by colleges or universities.
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 Years of experience with the higher education market
At least 3 years of experience with a CRM system and/or contact management tools
Excellent communication skills-written, oral and electronic
Technically-oriented; able to easily understand software functionality and its ability to solve problems
Detail-oriented with focus on work quality: accuracy is essential
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Must be familiar with CRM functionality and communications capabilities
Preferred
Higher Education admission experience
Knowledge of higher education business processes, particularly as they relate to enrollment management
