As the Enrollment Specialist for HotChalk, in Phoenix, AZ your primary mission will be to provide strategic admissions guidance for prospective students so they can make informed career decisions about which online program is best for their individual needs. Your previous online enrollment experience will be absolutely crucial as you help students over the phone to qualify for admissions, select a degree, complete the enrollment process, and make a smooth transition into an online program. Your receptivity to coaching, training and motivation techniques, therefore, is important to help you become familiar and knowledgeable regarding the programs that HotChalk, Inc. supports.
