We?re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive that thrives in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. You will be placed at the forefront of our evolution up-market and tasked with driving and executing RC?s largest engagements with customer size and scope of 1000+ employees. As an integral part of our Major accounts focus, you will be involved with understanding the communications needs of business customers, face to face in-person discussions with decision makers, and designing solutions to meet those unique business needs. Your sales pipeline will be supported by our robust lead generation program.
You?ll become the resident expert on RingCentral services and will sell new customers our hosted VoIP platform, call management services, and IP hardware.
Close large, complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders
You will develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies and processes.
Manage pipeline, sales activity and ability to accurately forecast
Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value based selling
7 + years of solution-based enterprise-level selling (Hosted Solutions, Telecommunications, SaaS)
Thorough understanding of a related technology (on-premise and hosted IP-PBX systems, hosted services, managed services, networking, servers, routers, etc.)
Demonstrated sales record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota
Outside/field selling experience.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as directed by sales management
Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
Proficiency using SalesForce.com
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
Internal drive & competitiveness
BS degree, continued education preferred
