Enterprise Account Manager
Field based individual that represents the voice and face of MPI to larger dealer group and dealership customers. Main job focus: driving performance improvement within inspection process resulting in increased customer revenue and satisfaction.Job functions/activities:
Primary customer contact providing management consulting
Main customer contact though personal dealership visits and phone contacts as needed
Focused on improving dealership processes, focused on the 6 Fundamental Steps taught by MPi
Proactive contact with clients at all levels; corporate and regional management, dealership management and dealership service personnel in person, phone and e-mail
Interface with corporate and regional dealership group management to help create and implement programs/initiatives designed to:
Increase customer pay revenue
Develop a culture of continuous improvement in process execution
Compile and reviewing, self-generated and provided analyses of dealership performance
Develop individual dealership and personnel action plans
Develop strategies and tactics to execute action plans
Compile clear objectives, measurement criteria and timeframe
Present improvement opportunities
Visit dealerships and provide routine phone contacts
Provide in-dealership support to drive improvement in their inspection process
Establish and maintain a solid business relationship with dealership management and personnel
Strong dealership fixed operations and MPi product knowledge understands existing product offering and it's application within the overall dealership environment
Stay current with product enhancements
Able to effectively communicate product features to the customer
Ability and willingness to travel a minimum of 75%
Qualifications/Skills:
2+ years of Dealership Fixed Operationsexperience
2+ years of dealership consulting experience preferred
Hands on knowledge of back of the house
Self-motivated with little management involvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong phone communication skills; good command of the English language
Strong interpersonal communication skills; able to interface comfortably and effectively with all levels of corporate and dealership management
Ability to interpret analytical data and share that information clearly with dealership personnel; ability to translate data into process improvement opportunities
Professional appearance a necessity
Consultative selling experience a plus
Strong organizational skills
Team player; able to work effectively with other departments within MPi
Bachelor degree or above preferred
