About The Role:
At Sailthru, our product is centered on personalization, and we extend this theme into the relationships we develop with our clients. Sailthru?s Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for servicing all aspects of Enterprise clients' accounts from implementation to optimization and all ongoing concerns. They are crucial to this effort, driving overall client satisfaction and therefore the general success of the business. In addition to providing the tools and strategic advice necessary to optimize and maintain exemplary use of Sailthru?s platform the Enterprise Account Manager will:
Partner with clients to deploy successful high volume marketing campaigns.
Proactively communicate with clients about technical best practices.
Work closely with sales and engineering teams to manage technical issues for each client.
Provide consultative solutions based on product and industry expertise.
Communicate technical concepts to various internal and external audiences.
Maintain a high level of visibility with the client, including frequent on-site visitations.
Analyze key email performance indicators and make and identify opportunities for optimizing results
About You:
This role is for you if you have superb communication skills, an affinity for technology, a savvy business sense, and a dedicated work ethic. And because you?re an overachiever, you also have:
6+ years of professional work experience, technical account / client management experience, preferably working with email-related products. Familiarity with SMTP, DNS and API?s is a major plus.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, making points concisely
Project management or account management skills, specifically, being able to lay out deliverables and follow-through on hitting them
Extremely detail oriented
Previous experience in the digital media, marketing technology, and/or technology solutions industry.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical expertise with HTML (Javascript and CSS experience a plus).
Experience in performing quantitative analysis.
Self-starter attitude needing little supervision to complete tasks (after all, nobody likes a micromanager?and that?s DEFINITELY not us).
Experience executing high quality results in fast paced environments.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet/exceed expectations (there will be some late nights, but we have a fully-stocked beer fridge at all times)
BA/BS degree from an accredited university
