ABOUT THE POSITION
The Enterprise Account Partner collaborates with Fortune 500 companies and guides them toward success in reaching their social marketing goals. He/she has equal expertise in understanding their key customer?s needs and what Context Optional, Inc. can provide. They find a way to make these relationships mutually beneficial to help grow both businesses.
He/she is an expert in our offerings ?from the Social Marketing Suite to the various professional services we offer?and helps their customers craft effective plans to utilize all of them. Just as our sales team, they are evangelists for what we do and are focused on reaching revenue targets and growing our business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Enterprise Account Partner:
- Owns the account and nurtures the internal and external relationships tied to that customer.
- Advocates for their customer?s needs and finds a way to communicate across both organizations so all stakeholders feel informed about the current status of the account.
- Provides feedback to our product teams in order to find innovative and productive ways to serve our customers best.
- Develops and oversees milestones of an account plan for their customers and coordinates with project managers who execute and deliver specific projects and related services (community management, strategy, analytics).
- Tracks and reports against key performance indicators so his/her customer understands the success of their brand through social marketing.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience in professional services role in the digital marketing space
- A proven track record in delivering top level service to major brands.
- Exceptional relationship skills, including superb written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines while successfully juggling a multitude of projects simultaneously.
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Solid understanding of software businesses and marketing ecosystem
- Extreme level of energy, highly self-motivated, and a passion for success
