Job Summary
Under general supervision and as a member of the Enterprise Application Development team, within the Information Technology Department, would perform activities including development, monitoring, support of technical issues and maintenance of Enterprise, Web and Salesforce.com applications, reports and interfaces. This would be through analyzing requirements and solutioning for new and revised complex processes. For these processes, develops program specifications, computer programs, and supporting documentation.

Job Description

Configuration changes, integration development, monitoring and support of the various enterprise applications
Coding, testing and de-bugging web-based applications
Configure, develop, troubleshoot and support Salesforce.com platform and integrated applications
Understand requirements, develop plans/recommendations, and interact with key clients and internal leaders
Write supporting technical requirements and design documentation



Job Skills Summary

5+ years of professional IT experience required
3+ years of experience in application and web development
2+ years of experience Salesforce.com configuration and custom development


Proficiency with JavaScript, PHP
Proficiency in consuming and programming web services
Expertise in the Salesforce.com application (APEX, Visual Force, Force.com IDE and Migration Tool, Customize and configure SFDC objects, page layouts, workflows, document templates, data fields, reports and dashboards)
Experience with Content Management System frameworks
Strong experience with developing ANSI SQL (MySQL plus)
Knowledge XHTML/CSS, JQuery, AJAX and Shell Scripting
Must be highly motivated, a quick learner, to work independently or on a team and drive solutions with minimal supervision
Excellent analytical, technical aptitude and proven ability to solve problems and the ability to engage effectively with business and technical teams
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Experience with full Software Development methodologies. Agile (Plus)
Exceptional attention to detail and organization
Ability to work productivity with offshore resources
BS degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent work experience
