Enterprise Applications Manager Axiom Law
Axiom, a new model professional services firm in the legal industry, is seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager to join our Information Technology team to build, manage, and develop an Enterprise Applications Team in support of its new, to-be-deployed enterprise resource planning (ERP) ecosystem.

What We?re Looking For
Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, the Manager of Enterprise Applications will:
Recruit, develop, and manage an enterprise applications team responsible for Axiom?s new SaaS-based ERP ecosystem encompassing the following business functions: applicant tracking (ATS), recruitment, CRM/sales, project resourcing, project management, accounting, payroll, human resources, data warehousing, and business intelligence/reporting.
Develop and maintain solid, professional partnerships with business units whose application they oversee.
Provide technical leadership, operational analysis, design, and consultation to internal business units in areas of business process improvement, systems implementation/improvement, data architecture/management, and reporting.
Maintain relationships with application vendors and manage periodic service upgrades via change management processes.
Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for applications with emphasis on root cause analysis (RCA).
Manage change management processes inclusive of user acceptance testing & adoption to ensure a consistent, secure, integral, effective, and available enterprise applications ecosystem.
Manage and track the progress of multiple projects inclusive of defining goals & requirements, managing project timelines, budgeting, assigning & allocating resources, coordinating third-parties, managing risks, contingency planning, and communication of status.
Manage software design lifecycles in support of development, evolution, and maintenance of systems integrations.
Establish standards and procedures for data management, project reporting, and technical/functional documentation.
Develop policies, procedures, assurance mechanisms, and metrics in alignment with compliance environment?s legal and information security objectives.
Measure the resulting efficiency/effectiveness of the ERP ecosystem in comparison to targeted metrics & projected ROI.
Develop annual strategy, budgets, work plans, and project schedules in partnership with business owners.
Guidance in development and on-going implementation of training programs and resources.
Work in establishing and act as a key member of Axiom?s ERP governance group.
Our ideal candidate:
Successful candidates possess the following skills, background, and experience:
Bachelor?s degree from four-year college or university with a minimum of ten years of related post-graduate work experience
A successful track record in developing and managing relationships towards the creation of strong partnerships.
Experience in managing ERP implementations and developing integrations; SaaS experience (Bullhorn, NetSuite OpenAir, Workday) is preferred.
Experience in recruiting, selecting, developing, and managing a talented team of applications specialists.
Experience in building and managing within a compliance environment.
Ability to succeed in fast paced environments at a high-growth company; comfortable with tight timelines; possessing a sense of urgency.
Ability to find creative solutions to problems combined with a willingness to do what one must to ensure timelines & goals are met.
Ability to work as a member of a team, lead specialists, manage all aspects of projects, and provide consultancy & support to users.
Decisiveness, good judgement, strong organization skills, project management skills, strong technical knowledge, execellent oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to quickly master technical as well as functional complexities & nuances of diverse applications & technologies in support of Axiom?s enterprise application environment.
Ability and a strong desire to provide exceptional in-person and remote support to our user base across our offices.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and keep abreast of the latest technological advances.
Headquartered in San Francisco, the role may require periodic travel to other Axiom sites. Some after-hours / weekend work will be necessary to minimize the impact of system changes to your end users and to ensure project timelines are met.
