LogRhythm is an industry leader in the fast-growing log management and security information and event management (SIEM) market and is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join the LogRhythm Information Technology (IT) team at our corporate office in Boulder, Colorado. The primary function for this role is to provide IT support to internal IT projects and activities.Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain and enhance network services in a Cisco/Juniper environment
Install, configure, maintain and enhance systems Microsoft and virtualization environments
Install, configure, maintain and enhance all SAN infrastructure
Create and maintain network documentation and incident reports
Install, configure, maintain and enhance monitoring services
Act as Tier 4 support for internal employees
Support compliance assurance within SSAE 15 SOC 2, ITIL, and CORBIT frameworks
Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate nights and weekends
Required Skills
10+ years of IT operational experience designing, planning, installing, configuring, maintaining and enhancing Cisco networks and Microsoft systems and services
5+ years of experience designing, planning, installing, configuring, maintaining and enhancing virtualization systems and SANs
3+ years of experience installing, configuring, maintaining VMWare ESX infrastructures.
5+ years of responsibility for all major components of a complex IT infrastructure for medium sized business (200-500+ employees)
Outstanding collaborative communication, coordination, and organization skills
High degree of problem resolution working independently, as well as, part of a team
Ability to research and evaluate Cloud and non-Cloud technologies
Minimum certifications (or equivalent experience) include CCNP, VCP, MCITP, CCAA
Preferred certifications (or equivalent experience) include CCIE, VCAP, MCITP, CCEE, PMI
