Enterprise Brand Marketing Manager Volusion

We?re looking for an Enterprise Brand Marketing Manager to be the primary stakeholder for marketing campaigns and awareness for Mozu, Volusion?s new enterprise offering. The key to success will be the ability to ?own? the brand, by being able to drive both strategy and operations, and work collaboratively with the internal teams, including: marketing, product marketing, enterprise sales, and agency resources in order to achieve lead and sales goals. An ideal candidate is an aggressive self-starter with a proven track record in demand generation, and looking to take on big ownership of a new brand.
Prepare the overarching marketing strategy to generate awareness and sales-ready leads for our enterprise offering
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging in-house and agency resources
Work cross-functionally with Online Marketing, Creative Services, Communications/PR to build and execute demand generation roadmap of activities
Develop a reporting package to measure ongoing performance of Mozu.com website, demand gen activities, lead performance, and ROI
Collaborate with Content Marketing teams to develop the framework and relevant content for each stage of the buyer journey
Bachelors degree required
7+ years marketing and/or product marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation in the enterprise space
Direct experience in the retail / etail industry, working in large brand environments a significant plus
Hands-on experience and knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines, including web merchandising, search engine marketing, e-mail, PR, etc. You?ll have support in these areas, but need to be able to put the plan together and execute on it.
Ability to multi-task, and prioritize and communicate multiple projects across the marketing organization
Highly collaborative and detail-oriented, with a bent toward project management
Data-driven, yet enthusiastic about trying new things
