Establish and document new business team planning, reporting and metrics.
Own responsibility for country specific opportunity targets based on the revenue goals
Follow up on campaigns and provide detailed feedback on the success of each campaign
Ensure that all HOT Leads are processed within the same business day
Inbound and outbound lead generation
Ensure that all NEW Leads are processed within 3 working days
Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the Account Executives
Profile Target Accounts
Maintain and promote customer satisfaction to ensure 100% customer retention
Keep the CRM database up to date and manage the information on all prospects and opportunities
Dynamic, high energy person with a minimum of 3-5 years of successful telemarketing/sales development experience in the enterprise software market. SaaS technology experience a plus
Demonstrated success of working independently with a proven track record of prospecting
Demonstrated ability to execute a high rate of outbound calls per day
Experience working in an environment that is measured by having secured a high volume of qualified meetings for the field sales force
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time and resources effectively
Superb communications skills with ability to demonstrate products highlighting benefits/
Experience with CRM ? Net Suite, SalesForce.com, Goldmine, Siebel and/or other sales automation tools.
Self-directed, a quick study and an enthusiastic team player.
Detail and results-oriented that works well under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Graduate degree preferred but not required.
