Enterprise Client Account Manager DriveCam
DriveCam has an immediate opportunity for an Enterprise Client Account Manager. Serving as a direct point of contact for DriveCam clients, the Enterprise Client Account Manager (eCAM) is responsible for managing assigned clients post-sales. The eCAM will interface with clients on a day-to-day basis (on the phone and occasionally in person) to assure their expectations are met or exceeded. This position plays a crucial role in the overall success of the DriveCam Program which helps our clients identify, isolate and better understand the causes of risky driving behavior and non-Compliance in their drivers and their fleets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage Client account activities related to Driver Risk Management and Compliance Services
Develop, nurture and manage assigned Client relationships (post-sales)
Work closely and collaborate with internal business partners (Onboarding/Customer Service, Managed Services and Operations) to insure the timely completion of schedules and deliverables
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to improve the Client experience including managing Client data and program performance
Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives to our Clients and internal stakeholders
Develop and deliver onsite and web-based scheduled Program Reviews and Key Performance Indicators with Clients to demonstrate program effectiveness and value
Assist in managing or leading Client initiatives and special projects as needed
Skills and Experience
Bachelor?s degree required, MBA preferred
3+ years of experience in an Enterprise Account Management role within a fast-paced, commercial technology products or services environment.
Deep DOT and Regulatory background and knowledge in Transportation industry
Strong customer focus and problem resolution skills with proven track record of managing Enterprise level Accounts
Experience working and communicating with all levels of an organization
Aptitude for numbers and expert skills with Microsoft Excel
Ability to effectively present key performance metrics to executive level Clients.
Great organizational skills for managing Client expectations and delivering product information.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills, particularly strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
