Bridgevine has an excellent opportunity for an Enterprise Client Services Manager to be based out of our office in Alpharetta, Georgia. The Enterprise Client Services Manager reports to the Senior Director of Enterprise Clients Services, and is responsible for managing and improving all aspects of support services for our Business to Business clients. The Enterprise Client Services Manager will manage the overall onboarding process and operational lifecycle for our strategic clients and business partners.
The key responsibilities for the Enterprise Client Services Manager are as follows:
? Responsible for successfully managing all new partner deployments, to include on-boarding, training and internal resource alignment.
? Coordinates with internal Bridgevine resources, to include IT, IMS, Marketing, Operations Support and Reporting in support of existing partners and the overall department.
? Maintains multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
? Continually improves all operational processes and communication paths.
? Educate partners on best practices related to systems and product knowledge.
? Create and utilize reporting and analytics to support program performance improvement.
? Have regular interaction with partner operational staff to identify issues.
? Ensures partners adhere to all agreed upon contract guidelines.
? Work with internal teams to resolve all partner-impacting issues in a timely manner.
? Advocate on the department and partner?s behalf for improvements to systems and reporting.
? Four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
? Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
? Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must.

? Logical background, problem solver, ability to apply sound judgment.
? Understand web sites, data content/configuration.
? Effectively utilize project management skills.
